Debut Diamonds Inc. (“Debut”) is pleased to announce that it successfully completed a $1,500,000 private placement (the “Private Placement”). An aggregate of 4,285,715 units (“Units”) were sold to funds of the MineralFields Group at $0.35 per Unit for gross proceeds of $1,500,000.
