(CNSX:DDI) has amended terms of the Company’s non-brokered private placement announced on December 7, 2012 and is thereby comprised of 12,000,000 Flow-Through Units at a price of $0.05 per FT Unit and 7,000,000 Non-Flow-Through Units at a price of $0.05 per Unit; for gross proceeds of up to $950,000.
