First Majestic Silver (AG – NYSE) just paid a 70% premium for Orko Silver (OK.V). The major mining companies are awash with cash and are in the driver’s seat on selecting companies that will increase their production and reserves. Reserves are getting much more difficult to locate, especially with exploration budget cuts.
