March 2011, Pennant signed a Farmout Agreement with Donnybrook Energy Inc. (DEI: TSX.V) at Bigstone area, Montney formation, oil and liquids-rich natural gas (NGL) resource play.

  • The property is located in a highly valued area, situated beside numerous recent Horizontal oil and NGL’s discoveries in the Montney formation.

PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS

  • Located west of Edmonton, Alberta.
  • Bigstone area is ideally situated to encounter Montney Formation at depths that have been proven to contain some of the richest light oil
    and natural gas liquid (NGL) content within the Alberta Montney trend.
  • Recent exploration results confirm the potential for a oil and a high liquids natural gas resource play in the Montney formation. Up to 3,400 boe/d per well.
  • Close to existing gas plants and pipeline infrastructure.
