PROJECTS

The exploration outlook for 2012 in Yukon is very promising. Yukon saw record-breaking levels of exploration activity in 2011 with total exploration expenditures topping $330 million. For decades Yukon remained an exploration backwater despite having great geology and a rich history of gold mining dating back to the Klondike Gold Rush of 1898. All that changed in 2009 and 2010 with a number of exciting new gold discoveries including Kinross’s White Gold, Kaminak’s Coffee, Atac’s Rau and Northern Tiger’s 3Ace projects. Yukon is finally taking its place as one of the most promising gold exploration venues in the world. Stakeholder is well positioned to participate in this new gold rush with a strong portfolio of properties and an experienced technical team.)

The Tintina Gold Belt

Stakeholder’s Yukon gold projects all lie within the Tintina Gold Belt which stretches from western Alaska, crosses all of Yukon and includes numerous different gold districts with varying forms and ages of mineralization. It has past production of 29.9 million ounces and 39.3 million ounces of resources for total gold resources of 69.2 million ounces. Notable gold deposits are Donlin Creek, Ft. Knox, Pogo and Brewery Creek. In relative terms, the Yukon portion of the Tintina Gold Belt remains massively underexplored compared to other gold-mining districts in North America and is reminiscent of Nevada the early 1980′s.)

2012 Explorations Plans

In 2012, Stakeholder will be working on the Dawson Range Project in Western Yukon and the Culvert Project in Eastern Yukon. Subject to successful financing (1), Stakeholder will be concentrating on drilling the Ballarat and Culvert projects in 2012 and will also be doing surface work on the Selwyn and other White Gold area projects in order to generate drill targets for 2013 and beyond. The Company proposes to more than triple its exploration expenditures in 2012 from the previous year as outlined in the following table.)
